1. All posts should be in third person singular, past tense ("he/she" as opposed to "I/you"). Posts need to be at least 150 words. We'll understand the occasional short post, but three sentences is not going to cut it.
2. Absolutely no god-moding or powerplaying. If you choose to ignore this rule you may be warned or suspended. Multiple offenses will get you banned permanently.
3. This is a literate role-playing site. Just because you can spell doesn't mean you're literate: you also must use correct grammar, punctuation, and have some degree of depth to your writing. It doesn't have to be Oscar Wilde, but it needs to be acceptable.
4. Cursing is allowed in your character's dialogue, but try not to make it excessive unless that's just part of his/her personality. If you are going to roleplay anything graphic (detailed mating, extremely descriptive fights, etc) make a seperate thread for it, and include in the topic that it is graphic. We don't want anyone getting their eyeballs scalded by accidentally reading something they hadn't expected to! O___o
6. If you're posting more than one character in a single post, please post each character in a different color so no one gets confused. Dialogue should be surrounded by quotation marks and be in bold.
7. Large or very involved plots need to be checked with admin and all characters involved.
8. This may be a fantasy roleplay but some realistic rules still apply! [this all falls under the godmoding category, by the way]
a. Hunting - one wolf cannot single-handedly bring down anything larger than a fawn. Wolves are pack hunters, seriously.
b. Don't bring your character into an unfamiliar pack's lands without permission, unless you are intending to get that character severely injured or killed.
c. Alphas are Alphas for a reason - they're generally stronger and more driven than the rest of the pack. It's very unwise to have your character casually challenge or disrespect an Alpha, Alphaess, or either of the Betas.
9. Do not kill or wound another person's character without permission. Similarly, no force-breeding without the character's owner's permission. [that falls under the no powerplaying category]
10. In battle, if a winner cannot be decided, an admin will choose.
11. One wolf cannot take on multiple others and still expect to win unless some sort of miracle occurs.
12. Yet again, absolutely no god-moding or powerplaying, especially in battle.
